Member2Member: Renaissance South Construction Company Launches in Charleston

Renaissance South Construction Company, a general contracting firm, launched for business here this week. The firm, an affiliate of Urban Proper Redevelopment, also based in Charleston, was founded by Rob Crawford, who holds the designations of Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), among others. Renaissance South Construction Company handles renovations, restorations, additions and accessory dwellings to better adapt to those changes. Services also include remodeling, historic restoration, “aging-in-place” adaptations, infill construction, and major repairs. Crawford is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor and residential builder in South Carolina and was voted “Remodeler of the Year” in 2006 by the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association.
